It's been an amazing summer of delivering Qi Gong Classes to the local community at Moses Gate Country Park. Our weekly classes are very popular, resulting in wonderful feedback of bettering wellness for students.
Currently delivering "energy exercise" classes for members at Nuffield Health in Bolton. This class benefits from the "slow down" movement of Qi Gong, where we concentrate on our breath and movement. Whilst cultivating our body's natural energy, bringing about an energised and relaxed feeling.

4 week Course Intensive Mindfulness based stress reduction course
The winter months are harder for mental health. This workplace wanted their staff to be enriched with knowledge of becoming more self aware and learn about the fundamentals of stress management.
Online session for students
Starting daily meditation sessions over six weeks significantly improved participants' relaxation, focus, and stress reduction. Sharing positive affirmations and meditation tips on Slack fostered a supportive community, motivating team members to join in and experience the benefits of mindfulness. These initiatives enhanced team spirit, productivity, and well-being, creating a more effective learning environment.
