Services
Payment is required to secure any of the services. Without payment appointments are not secured.
Once payment has been made for any services provided, the following applies:
Classes and retreats: There will be no refund if the class is carried out on time and on the date booked.
Fees paid cannot be carried forward or transferred to another class/retreat.
A refund will only be made if the class/retreat is cancelled for unforeseen circumstances of the service provider.
Coaching: The will be no refund made for sessions paid and booked by the client. 48 hours noticed is required to cancel appointments to be able to re-schedule the coaching session.

How Long Do We Keep Your Data?
Sky Meditation Studio retains your personal data for as long as necessary to provide you with our services as our client. Sky Meditation Studio is required under tax laws to keep your personal data for a minimum of 7 years. Health and Safety records will be retained for 10 years and where we have your consent for marketing purposes, we will retain the minimum required data until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive such information.
