This intensive course is full of stress busting tips and mindfulness practices.

Once we discover, why and how we become stressed we can better handle of daily lives.  By applying the tools learned on the course life will be viewed from a new angle.

In our world of increasing busyness, stress is now the norm in our modern lives. Stress leads to over-thinking, over-scheduling and over-promising. The merry go round never stops.

Whilst practicing mindfulness skills, we learn how to take one moment at a time. We can respond to making decisions with less emotion by taking a minute to digest what is needed of us and make the correct decision for you and other people.

Mindfulness isn't just about meditating, it is a way of being. Come learn this amazing skill and it will change your life!


Course details:
  • In person on-site delivery
  • 2 hrs per week, over 4 weeks
  • Digital learning platform with course materials and audio meditations
  • Weekly homework
  • Student support during the course 
  • Minimum of 10 people per class

This course will help you:

This course is not for you IF:
  • You think that mindfulness is a quick fix (everyone needs to take the time to learn a new skill).
  • You are not willing to practice mindfulness for unto 30 mins minutes per day.
  • You are not willing to do some mindfulness homework during the course.

Week 1 - Foundation in mindfulness
  • The history of mindfulness
  • What is Mindfulness
  • What is being Mindful
  • Stress statistics and what we can do about the knowledge
  • Symptoms of stress.
  • Experience mindful meditation.
  • What life on autopilot is and how often it can happen. 

Week 2 - Take the time to breath
  • Setting yourself up for success
  • The psychology of stress.
  • What is stress to you?
  • Techniques on how to deal with stress.
  • How to learn to breathe again.
  • The body scan

Week 3 -  Expand and let go
  • How to improve your self-awareness through being observant of our emotions and behaviours
  • Dealing with barriers
  • Multi tasking - is it a good thing?
  • Techniques on how to live in the moment.
  • Journaling in mindfulness
  • Emotional reasoning

Week 4 - Living a mindful life
  • Becoming your best self.
  • Control
  • Energy 
  • Building self-compassion.
  • Developing your daily mindfulness practice.
