Tai Chi - is commonly known as a form of martial art. There are various practices that come under the Tai Chi arena. Tai Chi it self is a discipline that takes many years to learn. There are other practices that can be learned and practiced quickly, which allows the student to achieve well being and stress reduction faster.
This is why I choose to practice Qi Gong (CHEE GUNG). This is the practice of breath and movement. It's a form of moving meditation, that is broken down by one movement at a time, thus making the practice easier to learn.

In my meditation lessons and Mindset coaching sessions, I help women who are suffering with daily stress. Whether that is finding your balance again after or during a difficult time or needing to re-establish your personal power again.
