I help people who are suffering with stress.

Are you having trouble managing your stress ?

Utilising a combination of holistic practices can bring calm to your life.

I offer one to one services, classes and workshops to help with stress management.

Working in my community to bring self care and mindfulness and Tai Chi to those who are seeking calmness in their everyday life. Offering workshops and classes to learn new tools to bring about a better self-care routine. Sky Wellness Hq is where you can receive treatments or one to one sessions.

Tai Chi - is commonly known as a form of martial art. There are various practices that come under the Tai Chi arena. Tai Chi it self is a discipline that takes many years to learn. There are other practices that can be learned and practiced quickly, which allows the student to achieve well being and stress reduction faster.

This is why I choose to practice Qi Gong (CHEE GUNG). This is the practice of breath and movement. It's a form of moving meditation, that is broken down by one movement at a time, thus making the practice easier to learn.

Mindfulness is not just meditation. It is a whole lifestyle approach.
In my meditation lessons and Mindset coaching sessions, I help women who are suffering with daily stress. Whether that is finding your balance again after or during a difficult time or needing to re-establish your personal power again.
I am MBSR - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction - trained.
