This is an energy clearing and re-balancing session.
It is very relaxing and calming to be healed by crystals.
Energy clearing will make you feel lighter and maybe even emotional.
Tina will help you through the session.
This session can also be apart of a coaching program.

When you need a quick coaching session
Sometimes we just need good chat and a listening ear that can help guide us without judgment or agenda.
I can help as a sounding board and to encourage you to have a look at issues from another angle and how to respond to triggers, rather than reacting to them. In a mindful way.
This is normally a top up session that can be used after the classes or coaching programmes with Tina.
A great touch-base session to keep up your practice or if you need some extra guidance.
